The conditions for the two tariffs are as follows:

for freelancers and physical companies (gyms, sports clubs, etc.)
commercial use & distribution for self-marketing
earn money directly with the project (e.g. within a paid prevention course or a subscription service)

sublicensing of the video (film)
mechanical duplication as DVD (up to 1.000 pieces)
